Our day hikes are to support women to improve their health. We take learning about health out of the classroom to the trails for a fun, engaging, and informative day. Our hikes focus on three key lifestyle behaviours all known to positively influence your health: exercising, connecting with nature, and healthy eating. We want our trips to inspire women and help them on their journey to living healthier lives.
